I enjoyed a great stay. The location is excellent near the famous bridge. The room was quiet, despite being close to popular tourist spots. I found several restaurants conveniently located on the street near the hotel. The overall experience was excellent.
The only minor issue i noticed was that the breakfast selection, while good, could benefit from a little more variety each day it's still really tasty though

The location was acceptable, as it was near many attractions.
The staff was unhelpful. I asked for help with my luggage, but the receptionist seemed annoyed and barely made eye contact, then the breakfast options were very limited, especially later in the breakfast hours. It seemed like they did NOT care about maintaining a full menu until the end.

The hotel location is excellent. Most sights are easily accessible by foot. The rooms are clean, a feature I valued. Breakfast offered a VERY generous buffet.
The breakfast staff could be more attentive after breakfast time is over. I felt that they could have been more cute when asking us to leave the cafeteria.

The staff was helpful when I needed directions. They also assisted with parking, which was very convenient. Staff stored luggage on the day of check-out.

the location near the bridge was convenient, i could easily walk to many attractions.
the service at reception was subpar (i expected more), the staff did not seem interested in helping guests or resolving issues quickly. my room had a strange odor and i was moved to another room after some insistence, but this new room was still much smaller than expected. the breakfast selection dwindled quickly if you arrived even slightly late, leaving few options available.
